okay i need some places to advertise my newest site because i dont have a clue were will be good :S

its a funny video and picture site that is updated every hour with new content but i dont have a clue were to advertise
i have two banner exchanges running at the bottom with companies i have used before and who my friend owns (dont convert too quick as they are new) but they are good enough for now while my traffic is low
but i need some more places for banner exchanges and links submits etc
any help would be greatly appreciated to get this site earning me some cash
