I am looking for your expert opinions on marketing of b2b website

We did url re-writing/xml sitemap submission,search engine submission 3 months earlier yet no results...
google has not indexed all the pages
No traffic no revenue

I am really struggling to get traffic...

I believe that your first issue is with your DNS setup.
search on "site:ebizfair.com" shows 2,010 inclusions
search on "site:www.ebizfair.com" shows 1 - http://www.ebizfair.com/leadsdisplay...fts+%26+Crafts

Fix your DNS / Server configuration.

Following are my suggestions in order of importance:
1) SEO
2) Advertising on free online classifieds
3) Bookmarking on popular bookmarking sites
4) Forum and blog posting
5) Directory submission

I think you need to focus a little less on search.
This site isn't the kind of thing businesses will be searching for. They are more likely to use referrals.

I think you need to:
Identify your potential customers and market directly to them.
Try to get referrals from satisfied customers and market toward them
In your case, I suspect you clients will be retailers and resellers
