Who does it? Who has stories to share?

I'm new to myspace and I've seen auctions for accounts with 10,000 friends. I don't see the point of that, but I do see it as a way to get people to your front door.

I do it with my myspace websites, however, I try to stay away from it as much as possible. It doesn't seem very...stable to me.

Yeah.. a lot of companies/artists/whatever promote on myspace.. its FAST, EASY, and oh yeah INEXPENSIVE!!

I think a large reason why myspace is used for marketing is because of the instant results. You can drive thousands...literally thousands of users to your site in one day. it's simply incredible.

Movies are now advertising through MySpace. You can buy 24 episodes on MySpace. It just keeps growing and growing.

MySpace Marketing is really good for niche sites. For instance, my ecommerce site has a MySpace account and it works great. Users who love urban vinyl toys like requesting being friends with me and they tend to read the bulletins I post more because they like what I have to offer.

Took me 3 days from launch of one myspace site to reach 80k daily uniques, within the 7th day it hit 100k+ daily uniques!

This was done with some very unethical blackhat techniques, which i better not get into just incase
