I've heard from a few people whom run arcade sites that AdBrite is really good at generating traffic for them. Might wanna give them a look.
Also, with your type of website, it wouldn't be too hard to exchange links with other webmasters that run websites in the same category.
Another thing that you can do is register at a few forums where your target audience is and post links to videos that might be of interest to them.
