Hi, i have a web radio station, my max uniques hit was 1800, my average is 750 - 800 uniques hits per day, loaded page is 1700 - 1900 per day.
Visitors stay in my site for a long time becasuse is a radio station with player embed the site.

my site is 6 months old and my listeners peak ( max ) 186 listeners

My hits come from USA, Proxies, Peru, UK, Mexico , Argentina and more than 40 countries, in march i saw more than 54 countries.

Now all this time i waas looking the way to get money drom my site but no luck
What Im doing wrong?

I would suggest starting with something like google adsense. Ads can be purchased by advertisers trying to reach the audience that visits your site. You can try affiliate links to products marketed to the site's audience as well.

Nice site great music. I assume your audience is mostly the young in luv type, so you need products for that market. What can you sell to young party people ? there could be affiliate programs for these products, I dont think adsense would work here. I think I listened for 5 mins on your site even though I dont understand a word of spanish !

Thanks for your replies, well month ago i decided to put adsense in my site
and was great, i think i was earning more than $40 per day , also google sent me the pin by regular mail, but i recieved too an email:
Google closed my account and give 3 reasons: invalid cliks and 2 more
after that i decided to look around internet about adsense and surprise a lot of people had the same problems with adsense.

My site is in spanish right, so you think will be better to change language, is no problem becasue in my country knows english too ( basic but know about web english terminology)

What kind of program do you recomended me,
one more thing, in my country paypal is not available
my radio works with msn messengers, we use messengers to talk with people , and radio has more than 8000 msn contacts all around world but mostly from Peru - Usa - Uk - spain - mexico and argentina
How can i use this more than 8000 msn contacts

Regarding the msn messenger contacts - You can use them to promote your radio station.

A method that works well for SOME websites is to get people have the website URL in the "personal message" (the italic text after a nickname in the contact list).

Ways of getting people to do this could be by having a weekly contest where you draw a winner - at an unknown time of the day - and check if the contact has got your URL as his personal message. Remember to provide a decent prize... This will make (hopefully) thousands of people promote your website to their friends - and those friends "trust" and are interested in url's that someone writes as their personal message.

since u don't have good PR you won't be able to sell much text links, try selling CPC ads

It's really very hard to earn $ from such a site. I will try to increase it to 7,000 per day. If I could not do this within one year, I will create 10 other sites in this style in next year.

perhaps try adding commercials in the actual streams. a 10 or 20 second clip promoting some product/service could go a long way every 5 tracks or so.

wow, google canceled ur account, thats sux, i also use google adsense, and i still have my account after almost 3 months, and of course i dont get as much visitors as u so i dont make enough money to get paid, sux more, and what did they mean by invalid clicks, i never heard of that before, i've heard of them canceling sites with bad content, but never that

Adsense, PPC Programs, CPA Programs etc.. can be very helpful in generating some income

Why not put some affiliate ads and open in new window so your site is still open and music keeps playing while people look at the products or buy etc...
Adding short commercials between songs is also a good idea as mentioned above... You can charge advertisers.

Hi, did you try some affiliate links to related products? Basically everything related to radio and people listening to the music. Since I don't speak Spanish - I'm not very familiar with your site. But you know: your visitors could be interested in buying music and stuff they can play the music on, players, cell phone melodies, etc....

Look up for commission junction, linkshare, shareasale, amazon, etc. for related affiliate products and you may be on your way soon :thumbup:

Actually you have a really cool site - It actually could have an explosive audience if they knew where you were. I agree about the ads every few tracks would work. I think that finding products that your audience is looking for is all you have to do - its a fun hip group of visitors - can people download clips?
