Go to the technology section of Digg and you will find a ton of links to tech blogs/sites.

You can buy Text Links Ads on computer websites and blogs through... um... www.text-link-ads.com. They have some great sites on there, and the prices are pretty decent too.

Can you use something like this in Google:

+computer +technology +blog

or something like that in your Google search window?

or

+"computer technology" +blogspot.com

or whatever similar...
