I remember running across a great site that talks about the things to do before submitting to directory. It talked about using a spreadsheet to track the directories, having varied descriptions and varied length descriptions.

Now I can not seem to find it. Did anyone here write that? Search did not turn up anything.

If not, is there a submission tips page that you know of that sounds like the one I am describing?
