If you had an access to a pool of relatively cheap labour force with the below characteristics, what would you do with it for your Internet business?

- 5-15 persons
- males and females aged 19-24
- University students and post-graduates
- PC and Internet literate
- good English language knowledge (but not native speakers)
- monthly salary of a full time worker - about $250.00

What would you do to cover their salary cost, office rent, Internet bandwidth and something left for you?

That would really depend on the type of site I run and how much revenue it's generating already. It would also depend on what you mean by computer literate (there's many levels) and what they recently studied in school vs their natural talents and desires.

If I owned a site that targetted their demographic it would be an easy decision. I'd use them as the face of my site. Meaning if I had a humor site for example I'd let them be the ones who promote it and get people to submit content. They'd answer all the emails and do daily site maintenance and support. I'd pay to have them trained up in sets of 2 on server maintenance and web programming/database administration.
