Hey,

I was thinking of giving away free t-shirts to members bi-weekly or monthly. All the services that I've seen that make custom t-shirts are $15+ per shirt.

Do you guys know of any that are in the $5-10 range?

I think the cheapest way would be to just screen print it yourself using an iron. Not too hard of a task if you buy the right kind of paper.

I doubt you'd find a custom t-shirt place online for that cheap.

But remember that those iron on transfers look pretty bad compared to a good screen job.
