Doesnt load correctly in IE6, I think the reason is because you left side logo is a .png which IE has troubles with for transparency, better user a .gif instead

I fixed the logo.

I figured if it works for Lee and Sprint then it has to work for Cingular. I just made something with his same concept and a different provider.
