I've been having problems from the beginning. I wanted my money back because they gaurantee it for 30 days. I wasn't satisfied with it so I opened plenty of tickets in the badder adder support forum with NO reply in weeks. I keep submitting it. I even emailed plenty of people hoping for a response (including revolution tilt) and nobody wants to give my money back. Now their site is down and I don't think it's temporary, the program won't work because it says I have to connect to the internet, nobody replies to open tickets in the badder adder support forum, and their website is offline. I get the message that it doesn't exist. If it was just temporary, don't you think they'd put a message up. My browser isn't even recognizing that it even exists. Same with the help forum.
This is Bull****. I want better customer service. I say sue them with everything we have and get our money back plus the money that we're losing because we can't promote anything. AHHHH. |
