Ways to drive traffic would be:

A. Exchange links with other sites in your new niche
B. Post on Forums
C. Submit to alot of directories.
D. SEO as much as possible.

spend some time in forums with you sig pointing to your site, offer a service or tool for free, exchange links, buy links, and post blogs.

I have just started 3 days ago to drive traffic to my website not so bad like for the beginning , I'm using forums like this one and forums about my nichies and forums on myspace, So the main thing is forum and signature, yesterday i started to write comments on other blogs. Andi add my blog to blog directories and web directories. I think those things are doing very well for me so far. But it takes a lot of my time.

I'd go to click bank and look for other webmasters in the same niche.
Email them a JV of 75% - 90% commission plus conversion stats.

1. Research and discover my site niche.
2. Target a specific member base and user groups.
3. Create or obtain a unique site theme.
4. Make a good first impression.
5. Link-build with similar content related sites.
6. Optimize my site pages to be search engine friendly.
7. Add incentives for my members.
8. Create room for personalization and customization.
9. Promote it to anyone and everyone. Word of mouth is huge.
10. Start slow and work my way up.

An eye opener. The big boys like Lee and xboxundone are sharing their experience. Contest are the only method I yet to try or experienced. Need to research it.
