Anyone having trouble with badderadder on new accounts?
I created a couple of new accounts and badder adder reports an error every time I log into them.

I posted a trouble ticket on 9/4 but have not got a response yet. I made sure I registered properly and even clicked the confirmation link in the email address.

thanks for any advice.

Have you heard from badder adder about it? I've heard nothing yet.

I just noticed this in their autoresponder for the trouble ticket

yeah, mine has an error when i open the program, when i try to log in... and just keeps popping up and always says "logging in" on the button... ever since i got it about a week ago

I didn't want to take the time to write my own program but if they don't fix it then I will have to do something.

Yeah I get a problem as well. They won't fix anything man. I've been emailing support once a day for 1.5 weeks. I then get a crappy response every few days :/. Nothing for the past week though.

at least you've been getting a response. i have been sending in support tickets to badder adder for the past month and a half...4 seperate tickets and not ONE of them have been responded to. I used to love badder adder and michelle used to respond rather quickly but now i'm forced to say badder adder SUCKS. It keeps messing up and being buggy and forcing me to spend more time sending tickets and redownloading the program testing **** to only find that i cant help anything than i do actually running the bots.

I may have to move to friend adder :-(

Michelle is actually a member here on EF.

She hasn't logged in in over a month though. Probably on vacation spending your money.

Hey guys. Free Tip. If it hangs up logging into one of your accounts, once the screen goes white, just hit back twice... once it gets to a previous screen you were at, click home, and it'll be the main screen for the profile you just logged into. Then Badder Adder will show the "logged in" popup.

Due to the lack of Support, I had to wing this one myself.

A few days ago Badder Adder worked fine but now the bulletin feature isn't working anymore :huh:

It goes to the Post Bulletin page but doesn't paste the text into the boxes anymore. It just stops working at that page.

Is anyone else having this problem today?

I don't want to hijack this thread, but I suggest adder robot. Not only is it cheap, but the support is great. They have their own support forum.

Yes, this one is great. Although, it might be better if it had the ability to gather ID's, and import/export them as txt files.

yeah the export id's function is one of the reasons i'm sticking with badder adder through their support crisis.
