I see what you're saying and you're absolutely right. I guess I was reacting to what starts to feel like mass hysteria each time there is a MySpace code change - but you're right, they need to either not offer the money back, or offer it and follow through.

I do concede that being responsive to support issues isn't BadderAdder's forte :-)

I tried to get refund too, but after 3days no response yet..
I would like to purpose that we all go and report Michelle to FBI or something similiar and get our money back asap..

Dude that is a huge overreaction and a waste of time. Why do you care so much about a measly $50. I am a student and don't give a **** about that, I wasted like $100 on hosting once and just wrote it off as an experience, I suggest you do that as well

I need urgent help,
I ve been trying to contact with the sofware developer , Michelle
and the support team but still got no answer.
I NEED my money back ASAP and I m worried I wont ever get it
because the 30th day will be a day after tomorrow,
I have requested a refund many times and I ve been getting ignored.

Did any of you got a response after the trial period of a refund you requested before the 30th ?

I hope posting in this forum might help.

I paid for the program from badderadder.com and it downloaded the demo version, and Never EMAILED ME THE ID CODE. I check my bank account and the moneys been takin and I dont even have an ID CODE to access the program, when i tried repeatively it said,

this email address does not exist in the system.

I WANT MY ID CODE! THIS IS RIDUCLOUS IM TAKIN IT TO MY BANK AS A SCAM.

what is bad is that, even though we have had 3 updates in as many weeks, it STILL doesnt work. Doesnt bypass CAPTCHA, doesnt do what it is meant to. And to add insult to injury, she spams us once or so a day to try to sell us something else.

Well, I am a member of Pre-Paid Legal... And telephoned my lawyer about it. My lawyer is writing a letter. I notified Michelle about it through the online support ticket thingy. She answered me herself and said that a refund was on it's way. Usually those kind of refunds take 3, sometimes 7-10 business days.. She was very nice about it too.. Not bragging, but there are so many cases that we as individuals can't take care off at all or fast enough, that lawyers can do so much better...

I am having the same stupid problem with Badder Adder. So frustrating because I really didn't have the money to spend on it. It just stopped opening when I clicked on the desktop icon. has anyone used the silent products software? I run a bunch of myspace pages for clients. I'm having some problems with its reliability and have been for some time. I have tried to reach justin lavoie who runs it thru his site but he won't email me back.
Can anyone give any further info or similar story?
