Anyone actually able to get a refund on Badder Adder?

by the way, just looked at the adder robot site and their friend adder software is not available.
sounds like a myspace crack down!

As for the original issue in this thread - adding friends not working, it seems. The way the program works is - it goes to add a friend, and if it hits the image verification, it'll go to a random user's page. In the background, so you can't see, it does it's CAPTCHA bypassing business. Once CAPTCHA is byapssed, it'll return to adding friends as per normal. So your seeing random profiles is completely normal. However, there are times that MySpace is particurally busy and thus slow, and it'll seem to hang on a profile for a looooong time - just let it do it's thing, it'll get though eventually.

The only other thing that could be occuring with your account is that it's been flagged for sending out too many friend requests. Make sure you set the "Limit # to Send" to something under 400 for new accounts. I stick to around 300-350 on brand new accounts and have had no problem with them being shut down/limited/banned. It's when you continually max out MySpace's limits that your account will start doing weird things/not adding people, etc.

Work the system, don't try to abuse it.

That said, anyone here who would like a refund is welcome to PM me personally through this forum and I will issue it within 1 business day (please include your Order ID# so I can get it done ASAP). I am not in this business to take advantage/steal from people or provide a substandard product - that's why I'm here now, that's why I continue to update the software and introduce new features like Chaining that no one else has.

I do believe in my product 100% and will always stand by my guarantee!

After using BA successfully for some time, I bought three more copies and haven't been able to use ANY of them since. I've written their help desk THREE times to get help, and even called their office.

I was relieved when (three weeks after my purchase) I actually got a mail from Michelle herself, swearing to correct our problem and apologizing for the trouble my business has had in dealing with hers. She promised to send me the corrected information immediately.

That was days ago. I've not seen my new license numbers. Strangely enough, though, I've gotten three more spam letters from BA - those NEVER seem to break. And now, for two days, the badderadder.com site isn't even running.

I really do understand the trials of running a small business online. Managing a software dev team means that I also understand how hard it can be to keep up with bugs in your product, but I also understand that you don't take people's money and run, and that's what I feel is happening here. Because (part of) my job literally consists of gathering people up and pointing them towards my site, I have a lot of friends online. (20k and counting, just for my business, and another 8k or so via myspace adding.) I frequently get asked about adding people on myspace and would really love the money that I could earn with an affiliate link to BA, but at the moment, I wouldn't put my reputation on the line endorsing this product. Furthermore, given the service I've gotten there, I'd hesitate to use any product endorsed by Michelle.

It's really a pity they can't get it together on the support end, because the product itself generally runs better than most that I've tried, and I've tried them all.

badderadder.com had a message the last few days of 'temporarily unavailable' on it, and today, it's gone entirely.


guess anyone who didn't get their refund (like me!) is probably SOL.

I certainly agree with you. I promoted Badder Adder for three months last year. I never got paid a single dime in commissions. I kept submitting support tickets and never got a response. I even left several messages on their answering service, but no one ever responded. My roomate emailed her about one of her other spam promotions and she responded within an hour. I immediately emailed her about my commissions and of course she didn't respond. I won't trust any promotion with Michelle MacPhearson's name on it from now on.

Ok. I originally sent an email to Michelle through Revolution Tilt to request a refund and she did not respond. So I sent a PM to Michelle about my Badder Adder refund along with order ID number like she said to do, and she still didn't respond. I also attempted to call her today, no answer.

I DIDN'T GET A REFUND.

So, I am going to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

I am also going to report Michelle Macphearson and Revolution Tilt to the BBB.

I will also file a complaint with RipOffReport.com.

Any other suggestions on how to further educate people about Michelle Macphearson's and Revolution Tilt's incompetence, would be greatly appreciated.
