Your site lacks content and a professional look. You've got to get a decent site before you pay to have traffic sent your way.

Your site breaks too many basic rules of web design. You have frames, a splash page, flashing, scrolling text, a dark busy background, low contrast between the background and the text, pop ups, no content, I could go on.

I'm not trying to be mean or offend you, but this is what your visitors will feel when they arrive at your site. There is nothing there to interest them, and a lot to frustrate them. If you want people to visit your site you have to provide them with something they want, information, entertainment, whatever. As far as I can see, you haven't done that yet.

If I were you I would work on building some quality content and finding a design and layout that doesn't make your eyes hurt. Then, when you have something people will want to look at, start to work on traffic building.

I'm sorry if that sounded really harsh, but there's no point pretending otherwise. Please don't be disheartened, we all make mistakes in the beginning. Learn from them, try again. Good luck!

I have to agree kthdn about your site, so here are some resources you could use to fix that site.

http://freewebsitetemplates.com
http://www.templatesbox.com
http://www.interspire.com/templates/

You should find a good free template at one of the sites. Remember to edit some graphics and text ofcourse. Use ut as a ground layout and work from there.

You save a lot of money if you don't spend a ny money before you have a site that looks somewhat professional.

When you do have your site ready, start with low budget tactics and use them to find out how you can improve your site more. When you have a good converting site then you can start putting more money in advertising.

There are a lot more to it than this but it should help you on a new start.

Good luck

elitemonkeh,

I know this hard to take, because I can see that you have spend some time designing your site. Unfortunately, I have to agree with johnlax and kthdsn.

Keep you site as simple as possible, DON'T use flash on a sales page, because not all user have flash players installed, and when they are asked to install one, they probably will just leave the site. Maybe it is a good idea to check where your current visitors leave the site. I can bet it is on the lead page.

Keep trying and use the templates mentioned here as a starting point.

Good luck and let us know when your new site is running so we can check it out for you.

Cheers
D

The best way to get traffic is to create compelling, original content. It will take time, but your good content will be found and will drive traffic.

There's no quick and easy way to do it -- like all things in life, hard work and time create success.

you need content (the more the better) + links (social websites work fine at this time) + networking (forums and blogs) + time = some traffic
