We copy and paste ads and saturate the market. My local newspaer averages 56,000 sales per day. I have seen 600,214, people look at my site in the last month!and have created countless sign ups as a resuklt (please note out of around 1.7 million views per month only 100 signed up but this creates great income for my PIPS business) I have also personally posted on wet evenings 2000 flyers through the letterboxes in my local neighborhood, I know my neighborhood dont even consider working from home!, but probably have internet access. This works!, you have a niche product in your local area instead of the same campaign as others on the internet.
