I'm currently in the process of creating a mobile phone resource website which offers free games, themes, applications, images and videos for mobile phones.
At the moment it's around 70% done and I'm hoping to launch within the week. Now, I don't want to spend a whole lot of money on this project as it's only something to pass the time and something that to make a little money on.
I was wondering what would be the best way to advertise the website?
I was thinking just the basic forum posts and link exchanges, but I want to know what others think.
