Now if one of us were to put a ringtone banner on our profiles, eventually it would get deleted correct?

What's the deal with the forbidden girl selling her own ringtones on her myspace page? Isn't that against myspace T.O.S.?

I understand that she's sending people to another page....but aren't we too?

Can anybody elaborate more on my point here?

go look at any band profile out there - they all have ringtone ads.
You can push whatever you want in your profile really. It is the PM, bulletins, commenst etc etc that will get your account deleted

and even that is rare. you really have to push it.
