I just launched my first adsense site, dumptrucks.ws and I'm wandering about how I should promote it, have you got any ideas?

You want to get some backlinks, but if you want to get so called "real" and "good" backlinks from authority sites, you really need to get some more content. Now your page screams under construction since there next to nothing to read. To get backlinks just Google from dumptrucks, see what's ranked high and ask the webmaster if they want to do link exchange. That's the most basic way to do it.

Free tip: Change the right Adsense block's title color to match your link color. That way visitor know it's a link. Now it's black, and your normal text is black so it's not very obvious.

That may be difficult to promote. What foreman said is probably best. I would add pictures though. For that kind of site you will need good content. Maybe reviews of different brands models and prices and what other people think of them? I am interested to see how this goes since that is an odd niche in my opinion.

Odd niches are usually the best ones. The funniest niche I have heard was about anal bleaching. Yup, it's not a typo. It's anal bleaching

You can check it up from Google. It's quite funny idea that someone would actually bleach their *******

I was trying to find a niche and I got one. It is a bit odd and was a bit hard to get content for but it’s up now. Over time I’ll add more content and definitely plan to add pictures. I’ll be trying out a good few of your ideas. So I thank-you very much for them. Anyone else want to add anymore?

Try getting a mailing List going this will give you a good platform to release products and services with
