Well,

For the first time im going to jump the gun and buy some advertising. Now i was wondering whether i should buy some Adwords, Ive heard alot of bad stories and am very skeptical of this, or some private advertisers (Well placed Links on peoples sites). Now, if i am going to do the latter, what sites do you get the best for what you pay for? (myspace sites)

Adwords can be very good - provided you go carefully and keep an eye on your account every day. Have a look at Perry Marshall's site and get his 5 day free intro. Chris Carpenter's "GoogleCash" is a classic, and a new one I've seen which is not too expensive is affiliatemoneytree. This isn't a sales pitch from me - I just happen to think there's some good info there!
