Why would this be consider spam? I hire independent sales rep to work from home offices managing purchasing contracts for me. But I can't afford 10% commission, standard in my industry is 3~5%.

why not post this on a job website, ala monster, hotjobs. I'm sure there are also requirements for this position - some kind of knowledge required, quota to maintain...
