Hi Folks,

Please help. I have google adsense and i think they are ripping me off. For example, my ISP said that i had 430 uniques and 1200 page views one day. Adsense reports 200 page views for the same day!! Now i know what you are thinking, not all of my pages have ads and sometimes ads don't show if there are no bids. I hardly ever see the charity "ads" when i am on my site.

This is too big of a discrepency. There is no way they are being honest. Most of the people would have to visit the home page. That alone is 430 impressions right there. Can someone tell me their experience or maybe how i can check up on them.

I can think of two possible solutions:

1. The Adsense reports take a while to update, so you may have to wait a day or two before all of your impressions and clicks show up.

2. Google ads can be targetted by country and even by city. Even if you never see charity ads people from other geographic locations who visit your site could be seeing them.

If you want to be sure that you aren't missing impresions try setting up another type of ad as the default for Adsense to show instead of charity ads. You can then see how many total impressions Google is actually passing on.
