I decided to give TLA a chance, heck since they are giving you $100 worth of free links why not try right.

but is anyone really seeing any traffic convert with the links they got?

I think what people are mostly looking for is increasing their PR and backlinks from TLA.

I buy ads on AdBrite and I certainly see traffic. where in the page are the textlinks located that you buy? At the bottom? that could be why.

It varies site to site and also depends on ad position.
