I am new to using Google AdWords so here's my question: I'm currently running my first campaign and today I got a hit from ask.com. My link was under the 'sponsored links' section and had the exact wording as my AdWords ad. Of course I didn't pay to have Ask.com run my ad, so what is going on?

Looks like the search is powered by Google to me.

- if that were true, wouldn't the results be the same? For me, Ask gives much different results than Google.

ASK donnt use google search results, although they do use google Adwords.
