I had two myspaces (personal and band account) that were deleted last week without my knowledge (I had them both for over two years). I re-registered both of them recently and now I'm getting an error whenever I try to reply to a message (it says my "daily usage has been exceeded" even though I haven't sent any messages or done anything on the accounts since Saturday).

Wanted to find out if anyone here has a lower number account (the lower the better obviously -- I'd prefer a band account but personal is okay too) in which the URL itself hasn't already been picked? It doesn't matter how many friends the account has on it already, although obviously the larger the number of friends, the better!

my guess is the original pages weren't deleted, simply paused...it appears that myspace does this with pages that are very active over a short period of time. the procedure slows down active spamming. apparently it works
