I'm looking for a company to help spend my $$$. I don't have a big budget right now, only around $1000/mo, but would like someone who can help guide my efforts.

Looking mainly for banner advertising, adwords management, etc.

Any recommendations?

Chances are, an agency will take part of your budget. The answer is learn... read a little, but mostly trial and error. And plus, I think driving traffic is a big part of being a webmaster.
