I have a new directory I need to promote, figure getting it on some directory topsites would help.

Tell you what, my Directory of Web Directories is one of the best known out there. Just go ahead and submit as a regular listing and ignore the paypal option.

I think DMOZ.org lists directories.

You can also google your niche and the word directory.

Same goes for you, tell me which one you have submitted. That way I can get it approved right away. I have a ton of spam submissions in my admin panel ...

You can find some strong directories in those results!
