I did a search on this and all the posts seems to be outdated and some big shots have updated it's policy:no myspace traffic.
Which network allows myspace traffic?

Thanks

I'd be careful. Since MySpace is cracking down on both affiliates and networks, many networks are changing their TOS. Could be you spam Myspace and then end up not getting paid. MS is putting lots of pressure on the networks to prohibit affiliates.

As long as you have constant contact with your affiliate manager about how you are marketing, and they are ok with it, I wouldn't worry too much.

I work with quite a few MySpace advertisers, our weekly payouts calm their nerves about any issues they might have with other networks.

Azoogle doesn't, right? If not I'll probably go with CPAEmpire for myspace...

When you guys speak of this not being allowed, what about linking to a site containing to Azoolge ads?

CPA Empire is still able to get by on myspace ads after the suit? or are people just being sneaky? As I look now on my whore account, close to 1000 ringtone, netflix, etc bulletins. haha

For "per sale" commissions, I'd recommend ClickBank.com.

And check out my sig and my affiliate page on the sig for a
high converting product to promote

With all the lawsuits MySpace has and continues to leverage against networks
I would be very careful.

They are suing networks to the tune of 20Million - 75 Million each,
most legit networks now prohitib Myspace marketing.

Here's a blog about the issue...

Myspace 500 Million Lawsuit Against 20 Ad and Affiliate Networks

Actually I think only 1 lawsuit was confirmed (against SpamKing) the rest is just rumors

but it is true that networks have now more rules regarding myspace traffic.

Linda... Jon has since pulled what he wrote admiting it had no foundation and fearing SERIOUS backlash. I'd pull that blog post if i were you and stop walking around the forums spreading udder and complete bull****. If you continue to do so you will find yourself short of friends in the CPA and affiliate marketing arena (as Jon F so clearly has lately). Shoe has also update what he was reflecting from the floor of ASW, which has also been long since proven to being steaming piles of horse dodo.

That was linkbait and you have fallen for it.

I don't want to hijack this thread but in your sig you say that Millnic allows "Liberal Source Allowances* (If it converts, we want it)" , and on the home page it says they allow "social network sites" but it also states no myspace, friendster etc. once you log in.

I'm confused on this.

I was just about to say that, but I see you already did. I don't like the way Jon speaks of issues that he has no real information about. Most of the information floating around is just rumors. I've seen rumors about Millnic and CPAEmpire being sued, yet they have not been served. I think that the purpose of MySpace's press release was to distract the public and governmental attention that has been focused on MySpace recently regarding their alleged "misconduct".

Yeah. I think CPA Empire will get sued. They did hire a lawyer so something is up although I haven't heard any news about it lately. Still, it likely is a ploy to get some heat off their back. CPAE is still paying out like it's business as usual.

CPA Empire hired a lawyer? Why would they do that? I thought Scott's father was the legal counsel for the company? Even if they do get sued, they will continue to conduct business the way they always have, not sure why everyone is so worried. Cover your tracks and you will be fine
