i wouldn't worry about it. only thing they would care about is if your phishing profiles. which is illegal.

yes, but also deeper into the thread someone mentions CAN-SPAM, and points out that bulletins classify as spam, making bulletins, that aren't clearly marked as an advertisement, illegal too.

I would be cautious anyway, I am always using proxies and what not. Just be careful is all I can say, if you are making good money no need to stop, just be careful

IMHO, thewupk is right on about this. If you are sending bullys to phish lists, then i'd be cautious. But, if you are using legit accounts, i believe you are OK at this point in time.
