I am in search of banner software; or what programs do you use to create your banners? I heard of Microsoft publisher, but there obviously must be other software available.

I have been trying to find a website that does this cost effectively, but obviously am not finding the correct ones.

Adobe Photoshop is, in my opinion (and probably in the opinion of a lot of people) the #1 image editing software on the planet.

If you don't want to spend several hundred dollars on Photoshop, then The Gimp (which is free) is a good, free, open source alternative. It's free and, in my opinion, not too far behind Photoshop. (And did I mention it's free? :-P )

a banner we can create it using photoshop, but i was the one that failed with photoshop.

Photoshop is probably the best. Although it is a bit pricey.
