Out of the thousands of pics I've used I only got busted with one of them. I was 'lucky' enough to get a profile on the 'cool new people' thing and almost overnight had 17,000 friend requests. The pic I used use of a girl from Sweden I think, she sent me tons of nasty messages and commented on the pics that they were fake, had her friends do the same. Then she reported it to myspace, and myspace makes people hold a sign with their name or something on it and take a pic of it... to prove you are the real one. Her sign said "Rachel is Fake!" (Rachel was my profile girl's name). She posted it on her myspace profile, so I took that pic, photoshopped it to say "Maria is Fake!" and posted it on my spam profile. Even wrote a blog about it saying some crazy chick was trying to pretend to be me. It took about 3 weeks, but eventually myspace did delete my profile. If I were smart at the time, I would have just changed the pictures and kept all the friends, which by the time they deleted it was nearly 40,000. It was exciting.
