It's not a bad site... I couldn't figure out what it is about. Is it a news portal of some sort? I must have missed the meaning. What do you expect your users to be looking for? What niche, or void does your site fill?

I would remove the counter though. Counters show how popular, or often how un-popular your site is.

I agree. The site itself isn't that bad but it does need a bit of focus. You need to immediately convey who the site is right for. Even just a nice clear short tag line at the top would help. What is the benefit to the user? There's already a site like yours - it's called Google and it has way more to search!

So, what is different about your collection of stuff? Why should someone come back?

I completely agree about the counter as well. Counters scream 'amateur from 1996'! Your web hosting should come with web stats so you can actually see where your visitors are coming from, what pages they're entering and exiting, and what they typed into their search engine to find you. Your visitors don't need to see that. That is for you and your business to monitor your site's success. Plus, visitors don't care.

First thing that came to my mind: Ow my god , the colors hurt my eyes. It is not professional at all. Please check out the big companies, example, bidclix.com , looksmart, etc etc, check out their simple layout design.

Another option is go for templates, it costs about 50$ but you get a professional look... of course it depends how good you are to modify the templates according to your needs.

Yeah remove the counter at the bottom. If you don't want to pay $50 for a template there are plenty of free ones available online.

I think the look is a little too 98'. Content looks good though.

Yes, the design is very plain and have a 90's look to it. Spicy it up but keep it simple. Buy a cheap template or hire a cheap designer and that should help a little.

This could be a decent website if you decide to promote it in the right way. My suggestions:

1. Get a new design. By getting a new and better design, people will think that you are a professional. Also, your current design makes your website a little shady. A semi shady website will seem like the websites that are also listed there are shady as well. If you get a new and better design, you will rid of tihs problem, and all will be well.

2. I'd get a new domain, your current one is fine, I'd just get a .com. Why? Because it's better, easier to remember, and better for SEO.

3. I'd change your website in the way so that you can have a different angle on it. I'd review all of the different cash making websites, and post good long reviews. Stuff about payout rates, professionalism, and stuff like that. After that I'd give a referal link as the link to the website, so you can also make some money from people signing up.
