I think that it's against MySpace TOS.

Yes it is against their TOS, but who ever listens to that anyway? Just be smart about it and you won't have any problems.

Yeah ine2 has it right. It's against their terms of service, but with 150 million + people to keep track of the chances are they won't even notice you unless you do something silly to attract their attention or someone else reports you. Even then the worst they can do is close your account and block your links. You can create a new account straight away and hide your links with redirects pretty simply.

I have to agree with the previous two...its against their TOS, but I also remember being in the AOL Chat rooms when I was 12 and the Moderators in the chats definately not following the TOS Guidelines...

So I say the hell with it, be careful, dont get caught, and if you do...its better to ask forgiveness than it is to ask for permission.

Unless you start doing stuff that's actually criminal (promoting porn, phishing accounts, etc) then you shouldn't have much to worry about. If anything the will send you a C&D letter and you can choose to follow that. There are much worse people on myspace that they are going after than those who have a cpa link on their profile or something of that nature.

i would advise posting bulletins but dont fill them with spammy things or HYIP's or other illegal things it will get you busted straight away

oh and dont go using software to create 100's of myspace accounts because they are clamping on that too....you only need a few account 3 at most to be effective if your intentions are good.

Yeah exactly. If you are smart and find yourself a little niche that noone else is bothering with, you will probably be left alone completely.
