I am UK based and was wondering what time myspace uses. I need to know so that i know when 1 day of marketing ends and another starts. I had been told that it is BMT + 6hours and a new days starts at 3am. Hope people understand what im getting at

so...

1. What time zone is myspace in
2. In that time zone when does a new myspace day start
