I started a new blog Making Money on the Internet and I am looking for tips on how to promote a blogger.com blog.
If you are running a blog and getting a lot of traffic, please let me know how to were able to achieve this.

Consistent quality, frequently updated content is probably the best way of getting noticed, being popular on social media sites especially Digg will have a massive effect.

Also think of SEO in your post titles and text to get some search engine traffic and build some links from blog and RSS directories.

This is my suggestion: if you keep the contents of your blog fresh and relevant to the subject of your blog, in another word make it interesting and informative, then you can contact other blog owners with the same subject and exchange link with them and continue this tactic consistently, then you’ll be able to sell your stuff without any cost.

Check out mybloglog.com they have a little widget that you can add and make friends and see the last people to check your site. It's worth checking out for the extra traffic.
