I made a batch of 500 completely blank accounts, not even a picture uploaded. These were deleted within a day. Does this rule out the order of the coding theory? Or do you think that because they were ALL empty that they saw that as a similarity and deleted it. I've tried everything as far as the content in the profiles, I don't think that it really has anything to do with it. Myspace has been deleting accounts hardcore lateley though. Been getting accounts deleted for the past 4 days or so.

good insight.

maybe they are tracking by IP???? or are you using a proxy?

I dont see why they would delete a blank account.
not every new member jumps right into it...hmmmm

Not using a proxy, could be IP. They didn't delete accounts today though which is interesting. Maybe they don't delete on the weekends? I can't remember if they've deleted on the weekends before or not because usually when I check my accounts and find out like 10,000 are deleted I just black out :turned: .

hmm, yeah I would guess that a large common denominator would be the IP address. especially when they can probally just to an IP check and see how many accounts were made with that IP, if it's over X then they may just wipe them all out.
or search how many accounts were created in the past week by IP address.

they may assume that the the most a household would have would be 5 or 10 at most.

so that would be my IP theroy. I would like to hear some input from
someone who uses proxies if they get mass accounts deleted.
if so that brings duplicate content back in the picture.

Any more info on the IP theory. Are proxies the solution ?
Regarding the Overlay technics did anybody try it successfuly ?. So we can know whcih route to focus on.
Also It is clear that sending messages gets the accounts deleted much faster than FR. What's that about. If it's the IP theory it should not matter and both methods should be deleted as fast.

Bottom line being obvisouly to keep the accounts up as long as possible.

i perfer to do overlays, get's rid of comments and such.
you can always host your pictures at numerous locations
to change up the code duplication...but we don't know for sure yet
that duplication is what's triggering it.

I never send messages. all it takes is one flag, and you are on radar.
so i dont even mess with it. If I were to do messages it would be to
just strike up a conversation to lead to the service. same with comments.

FR's and Bulletins have worked just fine for me for my services.

So from what I can tell so far, duplication doesn't seem to matter.
(maybe html link duplication does??? I think it does for bulletins)

It looks like it's more of an IP thing. I dont have a creator right now so
I cant really test it out for my self yet.

in the long run though, i bet it will come down to IP and content duplication.
if it isnt there already. because we take turns one upping it with myspace.

I don't really think it's IP based. I have a couple of 'real' accounts that I use. They haven't been deleted yet and I barely do any friend requesting or anythign like that on them. The others I use however usually last a few days. Seems like they are always deleted on Monday and then at another day later in the week like Thursday or Friday. And it's generally the ones I've done mass friend requests with.
