Can we get a running list of working bots for assorted social networking websites? I have 2 working ones for MySpace but I'd like to expand!

can we STOP discussing this? it doesn't seem out of range to think that myspace checks out all these forums. to be more exact, there was a member here (probably still lurks) who was actually hired by myspace a couple months ago. he hung around for a while and even posted his "moral dilemna" about staying with the forum and working for myspace. bots are easy to find via google and there are very few still working to my knowledge

That's what I am worried about.. If someone sees all these posts and alerts myspace.....people just need to be more careful on what they post...:whistling:

what? not enough coffee today? look einstein, my reply had nothing to do with MORALS. it has to do with the FACT that myspace E-M-P-L-O-Y-E-E-S lurk on this site. All this chitter chat and pleadings about bots that still work only help myspace stop me, you and everyone else from doing the exact thing we're here to discuss.
good lord...what part of my reply said i had a moral dilemna with myspace marketing.

do you even know how to read and understand what you read? if so, re-read my reply.
tell ya what...howzabout you go and get that list of alllll the bots that are still working and rather than drag it out, email the list to myspace and cut us all of at the knees right now. and while you're at it, get a hold of hi5, friendster et al and do the same

Like you said it's easy enough to find bots for MySpace via google, you don't think they might just do that instead of "lurking"? lol....

The "thing we're here to discuss" would be?
"MySpace Marketing Discuss the numerous ways webmasters are using MySpace to bring traffic to their site."

So.....people should stop talking about Myspace marketing on the Myspace marketing forum because Myspace will try to stop people from talking about Myspace marketing on the Myspace marketing forum?

Did I get that right?

PS: I think 80Degreez was more or less asking about bots for other social networking websites........on the Myspace marketing forum

Myspace marketing and spamming are two different things. have you seen this forum's warning?

we all know 80degreez is asking for spam bots, if you don't... you have no common sense whatsoever.

Of course I seen it.
"We DO NOT allow discussion of shady or spammy techniques."
I did not quote it in my original post because of the word I underlined. It does not apply to the topic of this thread.
It was a question of products. I am sure someone could associate the two things, but that would be a stretch.

You speak for everyone here?

He asked for "working bots" not "spam bots". I guess all that common sense got in the way of your reading

EXACTLY. I wasn't even asking about MySpace bot's, nor did I have any mention of SPAM. I can already tell we've got a light of bright minds in here! lol...

I do not know. I have not gotten that far on there yet.

I will be leaving for a week soon. So I will not have a chance to fully check it out until I get back.
