URGENT, Myspace Called me today

I received a call from myspace earlier today saying they are going to sue me if I dont cease activity. I am letting you know that I am pulling out, they started to track IP's and such.
At first I thought this call was fake, but then i checked my personal myspace account, and it wont let me log in, but its still up? They also killed my roommates also.
Anways, ill keep you guys updated.

interesting... first of calling is a liablity. hence they would of sent a letter first. this letter would of been cirtified mail... so again interesting...

He may be making 35k a month on myspace, judging by the screenshot of his desktop and clickbank earnings with all those myspace programs and what appear to be excel documents it looks pretty realistic and something highly detailed to go into for someone trying to 'trick a community'. I / You have no idea how long hes been making that income. Why spend money you dont need to spend if you enjoy living where you do?

I am pretty sure he was talking about your aff program not being on a dedicated server (which has been stated more than once that it is not on one). If you do have 2 dedicated servers, why was DPS not on one of those?

They were not that specific, for some reason i am doubting it was myspace. If they blocked my account, they would know my email and send me something more formal. Also i do not think myspace will call you from a private number threatening you, could be somone afraid of competition |

He would only lose earnings by discouraging others. It's interesting to note that MySpace typically goes after the websites that are actually doing the paying. In either case, I was yet to use any 'account creators' or thoroughly get involved in this form of marketing, but I'm remorseful towards those who were making their incomes from this.

You seriously expect people to believe that a corporation the size of myspace would "call" someone.If they were that upset about your activities they would send you an official legal letter , contact your ISP , Host and Domain registrar and crush you like a little ant now go back to your fantasy land we had enough of your smoke and mirrors.

Im not going to use my dedicated for websites since i use it for myspace, it would have crashed many times. Anyways, here is a pic of my dediacted for you

Yes, you do prove a point, It was just a little scary receiveing a phone call from myspace. The thing that got me was that they changed the password to my myspace profile? but its still up, but i doubt my space would do that in the first place. So the guy doing this, if its not myspace, knows how to change your myspace password  |
