What MySpace does not realize, is that spammers will always be there, for as long as their website allows them to spam. Yes, they can take people to court, but this will not solve anything. New people will join and more spam will come.
If they really want to stop the spam, then they should focus more on securing their site rather than calling people and sending them e-mails. There are so many ways to prevent bots from logging in or creating fake accounts. Yet, they don't do sh*t about it. It's either they are not serious enough about this issue or their programmers are lazy overpaid asses.
