When it comes to Terms of Service Agreements, where does MySpace stand on the issue of marketing on MySpace? Are there any special circumstances?

And out of the Affiliate Programs you've used what is the general policy regarding advertising via MySpace?

when affiliates generally talk of spam in their TOS, they say 'no unsolicited emails' when promoting them.

so i wouldn't think adding friends on myspace would count, but would messaging ppl? it is connsidered differentiated from e-mailing?
