I couldn't decide where to post this -- mods feel free to move this if you feel it's misplaced.
Does anyone have any experience with software that will allow visitors to submit their phone number so that you can call them within 5, 10, 15, whatever minutes? Generally used for customer and technical support, thinking about rolling it out on some sites.
