I need a couple of suggestions on what to promote for one of the sites I run.

It receives decent traffic for it's niche, the forum runs smoothly with maybe 50 new posts everyday but I don't know what to do anymore to get people to either click AdSense, buy the book or buy a t-shirt. That's why I need suggestions.

The site and forum are about a game conversion that my friend wrote for the d20 system (Dungeons and Dragons) and a popular Japanese anime.

The ads are mostly well placed, well blended (maybe a bit too well?) and the site is not cluttered with ads, outbound links and other distractions.

I know it's hard to give suggestions without seeing the site and forum but I just need some suggestions

If your using the large banner size for adsense, try the large box format, i usually get better results with that. I'd also add maybe a CPM skyscraper so you get paid on impressions and maybe a small auctionads ad (targeting comics and D&D collector's items) somewhere that isnt too distracting since i dont know of too many CPA offers that would appeal to the dungeons and dragons audience.

I already have AuctionAds up and the template don't allow me to put box or skyscrapers. There's simply no place to put them. Gonna have to figure something out

I would take up your offer, MrCat, but the forum has a very minimal ROI.

The subject is a very small niche with not a lot of openings and the product offered cannot be legally sold due to copyrights issue.

I will keep in mind the PPC publisher stuff but probably for something else, unless you cover only games related sites?

monitor ur traffic after u made each changes. test it out every week and see which position gives u the best income
