I have a few different programs I'm into that generate some decent income for me. There are tons of programs out here that are very profitable. What it all boils down to is being able to market your opportunity online as much as possible.
I recently started building sites and earning ad revenue from them. I knew about all these ways to make money almost 2 years ago but never seriously worked on them. But since I am determined now, I may be seeing some good amounts of ad revenue in the coming months. Some of my online friends make around $7k to $2k a month each.
I make money creating my own products, affiliate marketing (blogs, article marketing, web 2.0 etc) and doing some freelance stuff like e-book proof reading and formatting.
I am not only making a living online but I am able to form my own company in just 3 years. With enough money to last me for rest of my life.
Working online is great thing but starting phase is essential part of it. If you don't know the right path you are lost and you waste years.
Story of 90% of people's lives when it comes to playing this game. Which is why instead of just toying around with the net and what not people should be spending time researching what their looking to get into first. Worst thing i've seen is people jumping into things too quickly wasting all sorts of money and time for absolute pennies
I totally agree with what you said: "people should be spending time researching what their looking to get into first. Worst thing i've seen is people jumping into things too quickly wasting all sorts of money and time for absolute pennies."
People should research opportunities before jumping into them. That's great advice. I also recommend that people be very very cautious if a site or opportunity tries to charge them an up front fee. If there was truly a demand, they wouldn't need to charge you.
That's why I only work with sites that are free to join.
Just curious if the recession is affecting anyone in a positive or negative way? It does seem there are more people online looking for work at home opportunities.
Hi,
Making money online is not a easy job mostly websites are scams about earning money.
I agree it's not easy. It takes hard work and dedication. It also takes a lot of research to find good sites and opportunities. It is possible though to make a living online.
I had a look at the site. It offers many great ways to earn a decent money every month. Truely speaking I dont have so much of time. At max I can devote 2 hours a day. Can you help me with some program that can help me earn 200 dollars a week. I have also heard about Adsense program from google. What do you have to say on this.
You have mentioned a lot of ways to earn money on your website. But I am afraid I can only spend about 2 hours online. I am not looking fortune but just looking for approx 200 dollars a week.
I have also heard about Google Adsense. How about that. Do you have any info about the same? and do they really pay or it is just another scam?
How about Freelancing? Pls revert if you can help with that?

I'm a full time freelancer. It can be done without too much difficulty, as long as you have the skills to compete in a global marketplace. I blogged about this: How I Became a Full Time Freelancer. I do it as a web developer and designer, but other people with skills such as Project Management, Administrative Assistants, Writers (especially writers) can carve out a decent living working non-locally online if they are able to write good cover letters and can distinguish themselves from the rest of the field.

I can't make a living online right now. After reading all the replies, I am hoping I can do the same as you guys. But I know I have a long way to go.
larryatwt,
Don't give up. It can take a lot of work initially, but if you're persistant and stick with it, and keep trying different things until you find what works, it can really pay off. Good luck.
