We're a new site that just launched where user submitted content is key. With absolutely no credibility or user base built up yet, we're wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to do marketing with basically no budget reserved for it.
The thing with our site is that it needs people to participate, and we've found that it's been really tough to get people to trust us and go through the trouble of submitting content. We're trying to get a solid user base who'll help us make some money so we can move onto the next phase.
