I know this question may sound nonsense to you guys but do you have an idea hot to promote a business zone site to Arab countries like Saudi Arabia and UAE?

If you have a budget, geo-targeting thru PPC would work best. You may also want to consider buying ad spaces on other related sites that cater to your target market.
