Maybe many people think, if we promote our sites manually by posting in some forum it will get small of traffic....

This is the fact, I have ever have one sites, and I'm active in forum (My sites in my signature) and sometime I promote my websites by posting in forum..

After 2 weeks I get bandwicth limit exceeded

My BW is 1 GB / month

It's good that forum participation is working for you, but if you looking for higher ranking and more visibilty in search engines than you have to go beyond forum posting.

Try 1) search egnines submissions 2) submit to web directories(avoid reciprocal) 3) do link exchange 4) buy reviews for your website (can be expensive)

the last option posted by Samoris can be done free but it takes a lot of tme to email webmasters and site administrators to review your site.
