Hi guys,

I have 2 directories - EnglishFair Bidding Web Directory and Camrosecs Link Directory.

They has decent traffic and strength - but they are definitely could be better!

My question is, aside from submission to other directories, what marketing techniques I can use to increase traffic and visibility?

My best suggestion would be to set up profiles on several other directories that link back to your own. Get involved in the forums etc.

Participate in different SEO forums, and in web directories forum, suggest your directories. You can also add a page in your web directory submission process wherein you'll suggest to add also to your other directory. Link build more your directory so it will be more visible when it search in your targeted KWs.

Your target audience is webmasters. I would suggest trying free ways to reach them. Best place is advertising them on webmaster forums. Post different topics and put your directories on your signature.

Another idea is commenting on blogs related to webmaster topics.
