We just started trialling this software today on one of our sites to test it out. So far I'm impressed with the interface, and think the "spy" function is great. It's not as in-depth as google's analytics though, and to get the best features you've got to pay.

It does have some 3rd party widgets, and an API (not had a look in-depth at it yet). We put the latest visitors widget on the home page of this site.

If you're using it please let me know what you think - especially about the premium features. Are they worth it in the long run?

No I use strictly google analytics.
Why would you use anything else?

Speaking from a personal opinion, I like their interface and the fact it's real-time. I really enjoy the Spy function, which allows you to see what users are doing on your site in real time.

In general I find clicky easier, simpler and more accessible. However google analytics certainly has the drop in terms of depth of info that's collected.
