Hi,
I need to send HTML mailers to my clients (over 10,000 of them). I would prefer a downloadable software rather than a web-based service. The blaster should also offer simple tracking feature such as open rate and click thru rate, and I am able to export the data. Please recommend, thanks.

High Impact email they have a 30 free trial down loadable. If you like it you can then buy the full feature I think it is $79

make sure you have a dedicated IP, or your email marketing will be rejected. (Most email companies reject emails the hosting does not use a dedicated IP) You can ask for your ISP a dedicated IP for a $5 to $10 dollars extra.

Also you need to check with your ISP, because sometimes they limited the amount of email you can send. If you have windows 2003 server or any other version you can create your own email server so you don't need to use the ISP email server.

I use constant contact. (it's web based...I know) but I haven't had any problems with them.
It's working well and provides you with quite a few interesting features
